I bought a Dragonball Legends account off him a while ago and just recently I've been logged out of the account. I was able to log back in again and a bunch of the information had been changed e.g Being in a guild when I wasn't in one, the name of the account. I paid him money for this so I don't know why he feels the need to do this. I have proof of purchase in my email and I have his email aswell.

You even sent me an email lying that your brother was the one using the account and that was the FIRST time, I've been logged out the account TWICE now. Proof of not being able to sign in screenshotted a few minutes ago, the email saying it was his "brother" and the proof of purchase on PayPal, he's "Animeishi LLC". You can also see I requested a refund but he cancelled it in response.

Most likely you sent a money request to the seller. It's not how it works. He just marked it as paid, that's why you can see it as green (paid) though you have 0.00 balance.
If the accused gets banned here, you can file a chargeback dispute via paypal. Click on the paypal transaction and there should be a button 'Open a dispute' and then select a reason why you want a chargeback. Paypal will investigate and most likely will return the money you paid since you will have proof that account is being logged on and you weren't informed that the account was also linked to facebook.

I literally disabled the link my brother had myself and I apologized for that. He says “take your account back” so you can understand that he has the account and wasting our time mods. Your choice I explained everything.
