Legate, eva, krixia, lyssandra and ninja are full masteries.. all but krixia is fully booked (she is missing 3 in alt form)
The account is on recall quests and has the ability to unlock all potion keeps for 24hrs.. with an hours work you can push to tier 2 missions and get a sacred and then another from comleting the dungeon missions whith all keeps open.
