how do you know he was using stolen cc's ? did paypal mention something when payments were put on hold ?
did he already receive the accounts before payments were put on hold ?

one of his payments is put on hold, he used 2 paypal accounts with different names in a matter of minutes, both were girl names, he bought two primes and some smurfs ( usually nobody buys like that ). when asked to provide ids he said it is his mom's he is scammer 100%.

the email address u see on the woocommerce is the one he used on website checkout page, it is not same as the paypal email but it is the same guy that made all 3 purchases, i posted details on all 3 transactions with ss austin edited em out if need to send personally via msg let me know.

stop this guy he will scam a lot of other people, he said just refund me i buy from another when asked to provide id.

this is the other paypal account he used btw. they are both good for now not held or anything but i bet they soon will be. i will be recalling all sold accounts to him.

Disposable emails those payments arent safe
 
i know that is why i only delivered one account, the other prime i did not sent. one of my skype guys missed that on one of the transactions should have been a instant red flag but oh well...
 
please do not post sensitive information , if myself or a fellow supermod/admin requests screenshots that has info like that then please edit the screenshots to block it out.


its also quite obvious he just created emails to scam + using other people's or face CC's ( could be prepaid debit cards which is a huge thing over here in australia )


not giving him the chance to scam someone else by doing the same thing.

He has been banned.

Please do not recall any of the accounts unless he disputes the payments , he may be a scammer but scamming a scammer is still against forum rules

ok ok just make sure u write em down somewhere and save the links. and id ont see why i shouldnt post ip of a scammer. when other sellers search for his name they should also be able to see his ip which will match their woocommerce purchase info when he attempts to buy from them as well... he will change skype, paypal email and everything probably if he attempts another purchase after this, he is using dispostable after all...

i am pretty sure i will recall em, i mean these people are hacking other peoples paypals or stealing cc, they are basically stealing money from other people. why do you hide his ip, when they will make purchase at another sellers they will probably use different skype and when seller search for the new skype this thread is useless. but having the ip shown can also help if they compare it on google and this thread popsup.

also another reason why ip should be displayed is coz other sellers can ban ip from accessing their websites, many csgo and lol shops got autodelivery and they cant really do much to stop account being delivered if purchase is sucessfull. if they got ip they can just ban that address from woocommerce, or .httaccess file from hosting to prevent the scammer opening their website at all, this is kinda serious matter. i know some csgo websites got 100-200 usd primes auto delivered if purchase is finished...


i will also refund the payment to the original holder once the chargeback is filed due to unathorised use by the original owner. i will not refund it now coz he is probably still in posession of it and can jsut use the money to scam elsewhere...

Other website owners can you Reverse IP search I guess? Not sure if that tool is available to everyone, but I believe it's possible.

I find it weird too that we don't disclose all the info we have on the users that are 100% Scammers but it's the site's policy and we need to accept it. Perhaps it's something with the US Law that doesn't allow them to share personal info to everyone but court.

yeah i can understand if it is us policy, although thats some serious ajit pai grade bullshit right there :D scammers should be discouraged in any way possible to continue doing what they do. ips, facebooks, everything we can find on them should be kept in some scammers section with complete profiling of the accused.

not trying to be pushy here and cause potential damage to epicnpc going against US laws, but yeah, i feel ya rmik...
 
Yes unfortunately a court order is required to release private information and that includes IP.
