What is the dispute about? I provided kkmay two League of Legends in return for $50 USD. I agreed to go first. He took control of the accounts and never paid me, although he claimed that he did.

Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I posted in kkmay's thread (linked above) offering to sell him two League of Legends accounts for a price we would negotiate on Skype. After working out a price and agreeing to go first, I gave him the accounts. He then claimed he paid me, but never did and never responded to further Skype messages.
