He scammed $102.00 out of me, he says he has people powerleveling but all he does is make excuses why they can't start leveling your character. It's been 4 days now, and they haven't even touched my account, and hes been offline on aim. Stay away from this guy.

Did same to me. I paid $10 for 26-30 PL never happened did refund me finally when i caught him on AIM but i doubt he would have if i hadnt talked to him. Hes a scammer BEWARE.

Did you use a CC to pay through PP? If so call your CC company file a chargeback PP will then go directly after him. Always use a CC with paypal. Always call them as soon as PP drags its feet. BTW when you refund payments its INSTANT.
