This is similar to MM service(which is prohibited here) if that's not a service or have excuses...
Would be easier if you just report any of the threads and it will be investigated by global mods.

exactly , I'm just waiting an admin or a higher up to hear his opinion

Not many mods checking this section frequently. And If you just report it will immediately notify all of them including admins.
