As title states.
Although 8/8 T6 healing, it uses 3 armor superior armor pieces from sunwell and S3 healing gloves.
6/8 T6 tanking gear and BT/Sunwell quality epics in other slots.
Ret gear is T6 quality and Sunwell Ready, but only one T6 piece.
