Hello trade forum, I'm looking to start over by buying an 3 5star account with at least Keqing, Mona and Jean. I don't necessarily need 5star weapons or extra constellations on them and the account can be pretty much any AR rank. I would like to spend around $100 for it but can be negotiable.
