Kept getting feedback locked (6 per 24hours)

I already have a backlog of around 20 feedbacks to give.. but it doesn't seem to go away, lol
Is it because of feedbacks from paid TG? (Escrow)
Because I'm pretty sure I didn't manually give 6 for the past 24 hours.

Yes, all feedback counts towards the limit, even if you use Trade Guardian.

I increased the limit to 10.
