So I am trying to upgrade my account to Epic Member. But when it asks me for my phone number for the verification it keeps giving me a "Please provide a valid number" error message.
I am using my Cell. I am not sure if its a formatting issue on my end? Not sure if I am supposed to word in a specific way or add anything extra like the 1 at the start or not (which i did do)
Currently I am putting it in as my area code and actual phone number. Example below
1234567890 or 11234567890 with the 1 at the start.
Area code being 123. Phone number being 4567890 (obviously not my actual number. Just using it as a example how I am putting it in) Tried putting a 1 at the start. Spaces between the area code and number. Just can't for the life of me get it to go through =/. Tried a siblings Cell too with the same results. Figure I'd ask here if there is something I am doing wrong or if an Admin can assist me?
If it helps I am from the US. in California.
I can supply my number to an Admin if this can help solve the issue if this is something out of my or your guys' reach to fix. Just want to get my status upgraded to Epic Member for the helpful features it provides. Thanks!
:Edit: was told by a friend to try it on my phone and switch off my Wifi. I was able to get it to work and go to Step 1 of 2. Says it will conduct an automated call to my number, but I have not recived a call or text as of now. Worked on the first try with 1 at the start followed by my number with no spaces.
