few days later I get email saying there has been Chargebacks on the account
the account was stripped of wrath and is currently locked.

I can tell you this isnt the first scam thread on her. Talk to ashokarao95 and see how he managed to straiten things out. Blizzard wont unlock the account until the 69.98 is paid in full.
