Clearly a scammer, since the amount was so little that it did not bother me to go first and I just needed quick account. Sent the money at 12:54pm and totally forgot about it hours later messaged the guy and no response. Transaction was paid via Litecoin

Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.

I found evidence they were banned on another website, so they've been banned.
