After seeing my thread, seller contacted me offering me his account for 50€ (he also opened a thread where he was selling it, link provided above). With some haggling he agreed to sell it for 40€. I didn't think it was that good to be true (a scam, because it's so cheap, because of this thread - click!), because seller warned me that even though he had several tier X tanks researched, he had only 3 in garage. He even sent me screenshots of those 3 tanks.
He said he would give e-mail and account information after payment, and I agreed as I myself ask for payment first, then I give account details.
I will use quotes as previous guy who complained on that seller, because it will be easier for you guys to follow, and when you read all and see other screenshots, I doubt you will need Skype chat screenshots (although I can provide them if really needed!).
We chatted about a lot of stuff, WoT and SWToR related (as he said he will be starting playing SWToR now and that's why he needs money - just to buy expansion and subscription time, and I gladly offered him my friend connections that I still have in game to help him along the way as I sold my SWToR account just few weeks ago and chars were on server he allegedly plays)...
Anyway, long story short, he first gives me this PayPal e-mail, [email protected], which I check and I find nothing regarding that e-mail address. Right before I would complete the purchase, he says to pay him to [email protected] which I don't check because...I don't know why... I didn't check that one... Even still, I kept faith in humanity and thought that was a small mishap before which is very improbably won't happen to me too... For the rest of the story, go through quotes, enjoy, and pay attention to my comments in between broken quotations every now and then to get complete picture...

Now **this part that is following** is important because you will notice how he avoids answering if he has bank transactions of wot purchases - that is important because that is one of the things you need to prove you are real account owner and with it you can change e-mail address and pretty much everything else. And it is just example...
The same way he was avoiding answering to that question, he was avoiding answering to other more specific questions too in same manner, but when pressed a little harder he would give some undefined answer. You will see what I mean as you read further. I cut it at the part where he really starts talking about something else and in completely other direction, as he doesn't get back to the point...
At first I didn't give much attention to it, I just thought the guy is a little bit slow or confused (you never know who is behind keyboard on another side). Also pay attention when he claims it is his account... (It may be your account, but if it went through 3 tries of e-mail changes, a future buyer should know through how many hands account went (just like when you buy a car)...
...and then he continues talking about how he got scammed by others in the past and completely diverting from my main question (if he has any purchase proofs)...again (he talks about that a lot throughout whole chat sessions)...

LIAR, on Skype it also says Bergen, Norway, but everybody knows that on profile you can set any flag and country you want, as well as city!! On the other hand Google account logs say that someone (presumably him, who else??) was logging in at the SAME TIME on gmail account that was connected to the WoT account. Really interesting, right? And he claimed on numerous occasions that he works and is in Norway! I will also post a quote for that too, especially when I caught him in lie today just before he would stop replying me, probably because he sensed I am on his track!
To indulge curious people - so it happens that I managed to find TRUE ORIGINAL owner of the account, to whom I spoke today on phone and who happens to live just few kilometers away from my hometown! What are the odds? =) Hence the Croatian flag on VK...but of course, he didn't knew anything about it and couldn't answer me appropriately because he didn't know who original owner was (certainly wasn't him as he claimed in few occasions) and he forgot (really??!) that except him (and his alleged friend) MANY MORE were on that account!! He knew, as you will later find out...
Yea right...
And in lower quote he generously agrees to sell for 40€ after I said I am not so happy about spending 50€ (and quite frankly, I didn't feel convinced that is the right buy for me, but OK - I should've listened to my inner voice...)

Notice time between each my question and frequency of his replies throughout whole chat history before and after I asked for refund! He didn't say he can't talk, or that he has to go somewhere, but he just stopped replying and put himself on Do Not Disturb - HE WAS ONLINE THE WHOLE TIME until around 2:00 AM GTM+1!!
You see how easily he lied that he was in Norway the whole time, but in fact, Google says no-no and that he was home.
You see how he asks me stupid things about SWToR instead answering me crucial questions about connected phone to account?
Payment proof he has on one of computers... How many you got? 10? I mean seriously, someone with SO MUCH claimed experience, especially in getting scammed, a man would expect everything is set and ready to go and when price is paid, full access to the account is given, not partial!
His Skype profile is all fake, wrong country picked as well as town/city just to confuse people and so he can sell his story better how he "cannot access to his mobile SIM card, but his brother has to since he is in Norway"... He's really good in selling that story he is in Norway and I'd believe him (maybe even he himself started believing he really is in Norway from all that lying??), if Google didn't tell another story...
And wait, it gets better..!!
What's worse, I got contacted by poor guy from South Africa, who apparently also bought that very same account and has been playing it for some time as he wrote me on mail account password...
Just a part of his e-mail (he sent me quotes while talking to same seller like I did, almost equally long as mine above (seller didn't even bother to change his nick on Skype, he's that bold - or stupid):
Poor guy bought the account at the end of 11th month 2014 for 65€.....
The trick is - no access to phone + no access to bank transactions involving wot purchases = no password change = anyone who ever used that account can use it again, play it, ruin it, piss on it and we all paid so WE ALONE can enjoy it! And what this guy does? By preserving complete control he's STILL selling that account!!
Today it is epicnpc, tomorrow it will be xyz site.....
In short, HE IS SELLING SAME ACCOUNT TO A LOT OF PEOPLE, ACCOUNT ON WHICH YOU CAN GET ACCESS BUT YOU CAN'T CHANGE PASSWORD (NOT TO MENTION E-MAIL!!), HE CHARGES YOU FOR THAT A LOT (CONSIDERING YOU DON'T REALLY GET THE ACCOUNT BUT JUST "PRIVILEGE" TO PLAY), ALREADY FEW PERSONS ARE USING IT AT THE SAME TIME, IP LOG SURELY LOOKS WONDERFUL, AND SOME PEOPLE ARE LITERALLY PISSING ON ACCOUNT (LAST 900 BATTLES ARE BELOW 400 WN8!!!!!!!), 4 TIER X SOLD, THERE IS CREW FOR SOME TIER X TANKS, BUT NOT ALL (AS PROMISED) - AND WHERE ARE CREDITS FROM THOSE 4x TIER X SOLD??? PROBABLY ONE OF TOMATOES WHO USES ACCOUNT SPENT IT FOR GOLD AMMO AND SHOOTING IN AIR ON PLANES!!

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? Yes and no (explained above).
Have you traded with this person before? No.
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? 2 successfully sold account, 1 WoT for 270€, another SWToR for 200€, this is my first purchase and also last transaction I made as of now.
If any other kind of proof is required I will gladly provide it, but I think this all says enough for itself...

Edit: Bad rating and magical disappearance of huge amount of credits (each tier X is 6,1m x 4 = 24,4m / 2 (because you get half the price when selling) = 12,2 million credits is what we're talking about) do not bother me, but since several people have access to the account, I don't think I have to mention how bad it is!! You can't count nor rely on anything...

Notice time between each my question and frequency of his replies throughout whole chat history before and after I asked for refund! He didn't say he can't talk, or that he has to go somewhere, but he just stopped replying and put himself on Do Not Disturb - HE WAS ONLINE THE WHOLE TIME until around 2:00 AM GTM+1!!
You see how easily he lied that he was in Norway the whole time, but in fact, Google says no-no and that he was home.
You see how he asks me stupid things about SWToR instead answering me crucial questions about connected phone to account?
Payment proof he has on one of computers... How many you got? 10? I mean seriously, someone with SO MUCH claimed experience, especially in getting scammed, a man would expect everything is set and ready to go and when price is paid, full access to the account is given, not partial!
His Skype profile is all fake, wrong country picked as well as town/city just to confuse people and so he can sell his story better how he "cannot access to his mobile SIM card, but his brother has to since he is in Norway"... He's really good in selling that story he is in Norway and I'd believe him (maybe even he himself started believing he really is in Norway from all that lying??), if Google didn't tell another story...
And wait, it gets better..!!
What's worse, I got contacted by poor guy from South Africa, who apparently also bought that very same account and has been playing it for some time as he wrote me on mail account password...
Just a part of his e-mail (he sent me quotes while talking to same seller like I did, almost equally long as mine above (seller didn't even bother to change his nick on Skype, he's that bold - or stupid):
Poor guy bought the account at the end of 11th month 2014 for 65€.....
The trick is - no access to phone + no access to bank transactions involving wot purchases = no password change = anyone who ever used that account can use it again, play it, ruin it, piss on it and we all paid so WE ALONE can enjoy it! And what this guy does? By preserving complete control he's STILL selling that account!!
Today it is epicnpc, tomorrow it will be xyz site.....
In short, HE IS SELLING SAME ACCOUNT TO A LOT OF PEOPLE, ACCOUNT ON WHICH YOU CAN GET ACCESS BUT YOU CAN'T CHANGE PASSWORD (NOT TO MENTION E-MAIL!!), HE CHARGES YOU FOR THAT A LOT (CONSIDERING YOU DON'T REALLY GET THE ACCOUNT BUT JUST "PRIVILEGE" TO PLAY), ALREADY FEW PERSONS ARE USING IT AT THE SAME TIME, IP LOG SURELY LOOKS WONDERFUL, AND SOME PEOPLE ARE LITERALLY PISSING ON ACCOUNT (LAST 900 BATTLES ARE BELOW 400 WN8!!!!!!!), 4 TIER X SOLD, THERE IS CREW FOR SOME TIER X TANKS, BUT NOT ALL (AS PROMISED) - AND WHERE ARE CREDITS FROM THOSE 4x TIER X SOLD??? PROBABLY ONE OF TOMATOES WHO USES ACCOUNT SPENT IT FOR GOLD AMMO AND SHOOTING IN AIR ON PLANES!!
Now I ask you - do you really want and need screenshots for all that???

Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? 2 successfully sold account, 1 WoT for 270€, another SWToR for 200€, this is my first purchase and also last transaction I made as of now.
If any other kind of proof is required I will gladly provide it, but I think this all says enough for itself...

Edit: Bad rating and magical disappearance of huge amount of credits (each tier X is 6,1m x 4 = 24,4m / 2 (because you get half the price when selling) = 12,2 million credits is what we're talking about) do not bother me, but since several people have access to the account, I don't think I have to mention how bad it is!! You can't count nor rely on anything...
