Important Notice Before Purchasing Accounts – FGO Japan Server Error 99-17
This error occurs 100% of the time on Quartz Accounts when playing on an emulator, or on a phone if the game is not installed directly from the official stores (Google Play & App Store) but instead via APK. 
Even if conditions are met (e.g. iPhone with region switched to Japan, or Android with the game installed from Play Store), the error may still occur at a lower probability. 
Do not log into accounts on emulators. Only use mobile devices with the game installed directly from Google Play or App Store. If this error occurs, we will not take responsibility. 
If you encounter this error, you can try the following (not guaranteed to fix 100%): For emulator users: you may copy the data files and transfer them to an Android phone (please search Google for details as we do not provide instructions for this). For iPhone or Android with the game installed from the official store: try closing the game/restarting your device and relaunching, or use a Japan VPN. If that still fails, wait for some time (2h, 6h, 12h, 24h, …) and try again. 
If the account is not yet bound to an email, bind it immediately after a successful login to avoid the risk of losing the account. 
We would like to emphasize once again: please be aware of this error and carefully consider the risks before purchasing. If this error occurs, we will not be responsible and there will be no way for us to provide support. Thank you for your understanding! 
Additional information: Currently, SQ Accounts can be played on emulators or any device without encountering this error after SQ purchase. We are unsure if the game will update this in the future, but this is the situation for now.
