SSR+ cards that were idolized with seals: cooking hanayo (cool UR), christmas kanan (smile SSR), gemstone hanayo (smile SSR), angel kanan (pure SSR), kimono dia (pure SSR), haregi mari (cool SSR), initial dia (cool SSR)
TLDR cool hanayo is the only seal-idolized UR.
the SSRs were idolized with various other SSR cards, mostly dupes and initials that i didn't want (the ones i can remember off the top of my head are initial yohane and you, but i can provide a screenshot of my album to serious buyers; i am 99% certain i only practiced away initial SSRs).

over time i spent around $2000 on the account.
the account currently has 2 UR seals, and 11 SSR seals, enough to idolize 3 URs. i did practice 1 UR for a seal, constellation maki, which was used to idolize cooking / apron hanayo. i can provide a screenshot of my album to verify this for those interested.
the account is >30 days to 1000 login bonus (5 blue tickets) as well, i will be logging in daily until the account is sold. currently has 1 blue ticket. account is also on android, so iphone/apple users will want to bluestacks it first to use the loveca on it, though right now it only has 1 anyway. account ID is 777221661 for those who want to look it up.
account has 146 LP, meaning that events are pretty easy with natural LP - no loosing sleep for tiering. usually if you play regularly you can at least get tier 3 if not 2. i'm not sure exactly because i haven't been tiering events as regularly since they introduced the seal mechanic.
