Accounts are sold based off the how many limited cards the account has, as it sets the total value of the account.
Kakeras play a huge role in the value as well. If a PERMANATE card has kakeras used on it (the mastery rank) it lowers the value of the account as the card has no value since its permanate and available on any gacha.
The account is not valued of how much money or time spent on the account, that is something you price something like Genshin Impact or Honkai Star Rail.
