And for finals , I wanted proof because it sound too fishy ,
He could be one of those who scam a little amount because
diamond 1 with all those skin and champ sounds too good for 200$.
Im sure everyone would pay 400-600 + for it.

the skype isn't a match to a known Skype username that he uses, Tony.nassar89 and tony.nassar, but it would be really stupid for a member to copy the skype username of a banned known scammer, so I'll assume Tony.nassar10 is him.

After further review there is no proof that the Skype username Tony.nassar10 is JongMoon

Tony.nassar89 and tony.nassar belong to Ilovebball and there is no connection between Ilovebball and JongMoon

It appears Ilovebball was impersonating JongMoon on Skype.

Always make sure to ask the buyer or seller to PM you on the forum to make sure you're talking to the actual person.
