i checked logs of this with staff, here is what happend:
He ordered whisper sniper ( which is only available friday to monday) about 45 minutes before it expired. The event is random spawn and it can take up to 30 minutes to appear on the map once you are in game. Naturally the order was started but not completed due to his timing of the order. he immediately requested full refund and started panicking to which he was told that refund cannto be issued at 100% since order was already started and placed in queue ( we offer 70% refund in this scenario since order is started but not completed). Support guy is paid % of the order for processing it, helping customer on chat and sending it to our team. What he should ahve done is wait for friday so we can resume with it, or request 70% refund. he did neither, and it clearly states on our website tos, and checkout page that once order is started or team is assigned full refund cannot be given unless both parties agree to it. Support guy already took % comission for processing this he just needed to wait for next week, or not come 45 minutes before the event ends for this weekly rotation.
And don't lie, we never said order was 100% completed in our original post.
You are not just chargeback scammer, you are an idiot that comes 45 minutes before event finished (knowing it can take up to 30 minutes to spawn on random) then panics why it wasnt completed and starts accusing my staff of being scammers, which is the reason why everyone treated you like crap from there onward (anyone accusing us of scammers on live chat usually gets instant chat banned, i wonder why they kept talking to you regardless)...
As for the "paid for partial order done" rule on epicnpc, this is a bit problematic. Order type is all or nothing, you finish the event and get the gun or you dont. Order was started, but he did not get the gun, or % of it completed, so we have to go for a run next week to finish this fully, althugh we logged in game and started searching for the event about good 20-30 minutes after which it expired.
