Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I saw he had a CS:GO Item up for sale on the above thread, so i contacted him via skype, we arranged that i'd buy 5x$50 steam gift codes in trade for the item, i asked if i could do paypal but he refused saying it was "F***ED UP" so of course i bought 5 codes and gave them to him, then he proceeded to block me on skype & steam.
Other details / notes: Claims he has vouches & has sold & traded to big traded such as "Vegeta"
