LoLiTzRonin, I don't see anywhere in your logs any agreement that botting would not be used. Do you have proof that shows that you both agreed that botting would not be allowed on the account and that honor was to be grinded by hand?

We talked for days cause me and joeuni are food friends outside of MMObay, he did tell me he doesnt BOT. I do not have that log cause well i figured i would never have to report him. Im sure he will be honest when hes on later today. He has no reason to lie at all.

Right here in case you didnt see it TJP i said Americane PPL not American Botters never will i let anyone on any of my accounts unless i 100% trust them, so never will i allow a bot to be use to farm honor for me. If it was aware he would bot we would have never done buisness, i have no reason to lie nor would i want this to result in a ban of Joeuni210 i just want my money back.

I would also like to add i bought this warlock account from Naradian for 45 dollars Im not asking for this, but to sum it all up the total value is 165 dollars.

I had noticed the comment made on behalf of joeuni regarding his employees. The issue I see here is the following; joeuni employs people to grind/farm (whatever you wish to call it) the honor - and probably does so without inquiring whether or not they use a bot. What I was hoping to see was an agreement made between the two of you, where joeuni *assured* you that his employees do not use bots, and that he would reimburse you or have some sort of compensation set up in the event that a bot flags the account. We will wait for joeuni to reply for now and chomp down to the bone on an agreement thereafter.

Fact of matter is i should asking for what its worth, i went easy and said fine... w.e give me 80 ... and we can let this go hes refuses to take responsibilities for his employees actions. My total account worth was 165, im only asking for the 55 i spent on honor and 45 for the account i will never be able to get back. Perma Banned. So you get my account banned i can never access it, i bought it for 45, i price it at 45..... and your obligated to give me my refund of 55 for honor farming that was never EVER done by a hand it was done by bots. So 55+45= 100 ... i said ill take 80 and we can pretend this never happened. I'm siding with LoLiTzRonin on this. Your service caused his account to be banned regardless of whether bots were used or if it was by hand. The bottom line is your service still got his account banned. He is also not asking for a full refund, $80 is more then fair.
