He hasn't been active here since Sept, so if he's not responding to you via email or IM, there's nothing I can do.

If you have a dispute with him and you believe he is at fault, create a thread in the Active Dispute forum and fill out the required form with proof.

Yes, send me the screenshot. I will then attempt to contact him to confirm. If he does not reply to me I will accept the image and unban your old account.
