First of all she didnt post all of our skype conversation i was trying to refund her but when i tried doing that my paypal gave me an error saying i couldnt do the transaction this time and i needed to contact paypal if this error continued.I already told her that i sent a support post to get it fixed.I cant even use my paypal to buy something online or send money...When i told her this the only response she gave me was "Oh" and today i recieved a msg from paypal.I am going to add a valid card to my account then use it to verify my account.I hope that can fix it.
