I've been scammed by this user Danonka

I was scammed just this morning.
I paid him 70euros through paypal he gave me the login info and told me to login so he can give me the steam guard code. but he never did reply I have proof on Skype chat
his thread name is Thread: Selling ultra good Global Elite account. 70 euro
his username on here is Danonka

If you haven't done so yet, just ask for a refund from paypal, they'll give it to you if you say you haven't received your item yet and have valid proof.

You shouldn't have gone first to a 0 rep user, using a middleman would have been ideal, though they have a fee. Like Armageddon said, ask for a refund, if they don't reply, dispute the scam then try charging back. If you used a credit card, you can probably ask them to reverse the payment.
