scammed me of $36 nzd (including paypal fees) when i was trying to buy a smite account off him. said he changed details then blocked me.

dont know what u can do, considering hes a new account and what not but i should of used the middleman but back when i made my first account buy there wasnt a thing. im going to try dispute via paypal aswell
