Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong:

- no monetary movement made permanent. At MMO-Armory, we deliver goods after an order has been approved and verified by our payment verification division. Chimpawoo had not completed verification process and proceeded to send multiple threats and became very aggressive. We decided we do not want to do business and cancelled the trade. After we had cancelled the trade and refunded, about an hour later Chimpawoo made a neg feedbck.

We contacted the payment verification team requesting an explanation why it took longer than usual to reach this customer. According to them, the customer did not answer repeated attempts to reach him on him on his phone (or maybe on 'her' phone. *it was a female's name listed on the purchase, maybe the user's mother). According to our payment verification division attempts to not answer phone calls are usually used by unauthorised minors to help their case in getting an order delivered without the consent of the payment method holder. The payment verification team's claim would be consistent with the persistent pressure applied by the customer throughout the approval process.

Hi,
We called the buyer more than once but received no answer.
Usually this is the case with unauthorized minors who are trying to drag the verification process, as they think it'll help them.

We give every order 24 hours before declining, so that we can try reaching the buyer. We email buyers that don't answer. Nothing helped in this case.

Sorry that I can't help much with this.

No, please don't resubmit it.

We cancelled it because around two hours into the order the buyer made wild complaints about not getting processed. It went to a point where it was all too silly and we decided to cancel the order.

Did the customer not pickup calls? Was an E-Mail sent to the customer?

I need to have some information to post regarding this customer in the trading forums as he has posted a review regarding our services.

The order was not decided by us, it was cancelled by you around 12 hors ago, was this a mistake?
Do you wish us to re-submit it?

Hi,

I'm wondering what happened with the verification of this order. The buyer claims that hours have passed without response or contact from R******. The buyer has written reviews about our site on the biggest virtual goods trading forum. If the buyer's claims were false please help provide me some evidence so that I can attach them on the public trading forums to void the rating that this customer has written.

I am also waiting for a reply on a previous E-Mail inquiry regarding a different issue.

I am going to have to agree and remove this feedback, as I have in many similar cases where buyer refuses to or cannot pass the verification process. this is a normal process used by all large MMO companies and cannot really be considered excessive. From experience minors with out parents consent are the most common reason verification cannot be completed and/or have the biggest issues with having to go through verification.
