Hi this fc-inter and i has a boosting service agreement. It was a Dota 2 Boosting Service. In our first transaction it was all good but the second one isn't. The deal was 5350-6000MMR to be finished in September 19, 2019 and then he sent me a $76.18(it was actually 80 but because of paypal fees it was reduced). Unfortunately i didn't finish the boost and i only made it up to 5500 and in my terms it is $17 for that 150 points. When i didn't complete the service i just refunded his money and it is $59. 76-17 = $59. Then now he asked for the refund in paypal of his money so he got $80 and $59 from me. It was supposed to be only $59 that i will sent to him. I have proofs that i can show that i raised his mmr up to only 75 points because i barely update him due to me being busy in school and etc. I didn't expect that the new season will came up suddenly so i don't have the screenshot that i added 150 in his mmr. All i got is the +75 because i updated him one time in the discord that it was already 5428 but i'm so sure that i added +150 points. And i know that he said that i cursed him but he's the one who cursed me first and he keep on insisting. I know that he screenshoted only his side and deleted his bad words for me and he also blocked me in discord. I'm not the one who blocked him, he's the one who blocked me. I hope that you will resolve this issue. I included the screenshots and proof. Buyer abuses buyer protection and behaves so arrogant. Best regards,
