Firstly, this user was fully refunded ...
....but if that isn't enough, I put it to you that BolteD is likely trying to frame me.
Here is a dump of my email interactions with them.

If you notice, Dave Bolton has suspicions from the outset, but only googles into hacking after they are sent a verification code from Frontier (a code required to log on whenever you switch to a new device). Every one of my customers would have had to input a code after I had delivered their order - but for this particular person it is automatically seen as evidence of hacking. Do you hand over your house keys to someone, discover they have been inside, then jump to accusing them of breaking and entering? It is a very flimsy pretext for launching into an accusation.
At this point I just assumed that he may have initially contacted both myself and a competitor, decided to stick with my service, but was later put into doubt by my competitor's fearmongering (I have shared multiple examples of this type of sabotaging behaviour with EPICNPC in the past). I have little choice but to resort to discrediting my competitor whenever I suspect this has been case. The email I get back is a strange backlash where they go on to cite Michael Brookes and threaten to 'make a check request to FD' - a bizarre, pre-emptive move which has to bring into question their motives. This is the thread they refer to (the 'credit seller' claiming to have gotten permission to sell credits is my competitor - https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=143361) For someone who's virtually new to the game to dig up a forum thread that directly links to my competitor seems highly suspect. It's not amongst google's search results (https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=account+sharing+elite+dangerous)
It is also fair to point out that, despite providing evidence that my competitor is very active in the hacking community, they still, supposedly, go on to place a large order with them. An overly suspicious person, once bitten, does not do this.
After receiving another email, I began to wonder if Dave Bolton was who he claimed to be - their agenda seems very forced. I thought it would be wise to do some background checks as they paid under a different name - something which should have sent alarm bells off from the start. A lot of the evidence could be viewed as circumstantial, but what I uncovered led me to question whether BolteD may be in collusion with a competitor. I didn't think it would be justifiable to disclose this infomation publicly, but EPICNPC has all the relevant information.
There are a number of other details that do not match up:
In the screenshot they sent supposedly showing action Frontier have taken on the account, the number of insurance claims is set as 0. They claim that Frontier had 'put me back exactly where I left the game with some small extra (they let me keep the 60k earning I had but removed all fees, wiping stats to 0 expect for 2 combat bonds).' Before I took over their account, they had made 1 insurance claim (1 death effectively). I find it odd that Frontier would wipe their statistics to begin with, but to manually set exactly 2 combat bonds and 60,000 credits and not simply revert them back to an earlier save (with 1 insurance claim) is downright dubious. I suspect that when they told me that they would 'be away for a few days' 'on vacation' their true intent was to hack on the account to bring about a ban that they would later attempt pin on me. I would argue that Frontier did not in fact wipe their statistics - I can find no evidence of such action being taken in similar situations - but that they wiped the save to conceal evidence that might indicate that they had brought about the ban themselves.
In another screenshot, this one of their paypal account, they have censored the name of the person(s) who they have received funds from. It also shows that the account is unverified, with no bank account linked, and that there are no other transactions. This would not usually raise my suspicions, but it does suggest that they created the account solely for the purposes of this order. The fact that paypal blocked the payment, and that they did not go on to make payment by card after I provided them with a link, strengthens the speculation.
When I logged back into the account to verify the ticket they had received from Frontier, I made a point to take a screenshot of their account details. Again, all falsified.
It is a small point, but in the last email I received, they've also mistakenly written 'gmx.com' as opposed to the correct domain 'gmx.us'. It is minor, but it does indicate an unfamiliarity with the address - again, leading to the suggestion that they fabricated their credentials for a one-off purpose.
Given everything I have stated, the previously unblemished record, and the reputation I have earned over many months, I humbly ask that you remove BolteD's itrader feedback.
