Hello,
Buyer placed an account on November 6th . Due to high demands, the account was gone. Buyer was asked to wait for next day for new one to come up. Rather than wait for his selected account to come up. He ended up purchase another order and select the account without quotation and this one was higher in price so he asked for refund for second order. His original order was successfully delivered. Due to high demand, we might have forgot the refund process and discord has a limitation of 1000 friends so we have to delete all friends to able to accept new friends. The buyer can just remind us , contacted us again but it 5 am in our timezone so he didn't reach us. The refund has been issued and resolved with Buyer.
