Order has been sent within the time frame. Buyer seems having problem logging in the account and we already have guidance. We asked buyer if he had a an android but he didn't have. We attempted to help him to bind the facebook and asked if he had an emulator. He was on the last step of logging to the Gmail that need confirmation email to log in, Buyer wanted a refund. Once he logged in, he can unbind the gmail and bind his own.
We refunded him and take back the product. Issue was resolved.
