I'm interested in buying several billion isk from you, however I have a few questions.

My current EVE account isn't all that old and the only remaining pilot has less than 2mil SP, will this be an issue?
I've bought 2 accounts from this website in the past and sold both the same way and if I recall correctly everytime I've inquired about buying ISK the seller tells me that CCP will ban my account because the large ISK trade sends a red flag, is this true?
