Why is this the price?
Do to the current market in EVE we are at an all time high for PLEX prices, so even $10 is way cheap, seeing as how a plex costs $19.99 USD from EVE Online.

Why am I selling?
Currently, getting out of the game.

Is it secure?
It's as secure as any currency/item trading aspect of a game, you know the risk.

Look out for anyone named Sylvester Alekandro on here or skype guys, he is trying to scam people buy using the paypal gift invoice trick, and marking it as paid before you can check it. He is using this to try and steal isk, among other currencies from people I'm sure.
