Had someone add me on discord to try to buy my account but definitely seemed off and weird especially the conversations. If a mod or MM can chime in, that would be great

Never seen about that "lower feedback = go first", pretty sure thats just up to the individuals (if its me I personally do try to use that to my leverage though).

Some MM/TG may offer holding the money, but officially (I could be wrong, cmiiw):
1. (Buyer) Fee -> MM
2. Account -> MM
3. MM Confirms
4. Money -> Seller
5. MM -> Buyer

Typically buyer would pay fees when I did middleman transactions here. Not always the case though. Usually it was the one who wanted the service otherwise.
As far as MM holding money, that's rare and it would have to be an unrecallable payment method.
