Is this a safe way to trade WoW accounts

-Email Change

-then do Account name recovery to confirm the change

-SQ/A

-Then do password recovery to check the SQ/A

-Then do full name one you check it out to make sure its all good.

Is this a safe way to trade? It seems better to me than having one person go first.
