Epic Member Premium and Verified Member can change topic title.

Anyone can change their thread title, as long as they can still edit their main post.
Keep in mind that unverified member have a limited edit time on their posts.

Click Edit > Advanced Edit to change the title.

Epic Members have a 6 month edit time limit for posts. If the post is older than 6 months, you won't be able to edit it anymore.

Yes, since you have 20+ positive feedback you can upgrade to EpicMember Premium. Verified and Epic Premium are exactly the same, the only difference is Epic Premium doesn't require you to submit an photo ID.
