Is there any option to block people?

I am somewhat tired of the rat children of this forum, children who falsely post reviews, who comment on your posts to be funny with false messages and private messages from idiots insulting.

I want to know if there is a block button (do not ignore) so that those people cannot see my posts or send me private messages, thanks.

There is an ignore option but I think it only hides their posts from you. It does not stop them from seeing yours or PMing you. Currently there's no true block option.
