is there a way to remove a negative feedback, when you feel it is not true?

I just had a negative feedback from a person which is new to epic.
I feel that I don't deserve the feedback.

You have to make a Itrader/Feedback dispute here http://www.epicnpc.com/forums/62-iTrader-Feedback-Disputes then we will have to notify Jinsuko that you want it removed and we will start from there to investigate it.
