Is it safe to buy bnet acc ?

Hello! I can see that a lot of people are buying OW accounts and I even did it myself back in July but today I started thinking. Is it safe to actually buy account ? So when I bought the account I changed the email, the password and I even added mobile authenticator and I also know the secret answer but after contacting blizzard today they said me that the original owner can retrieve his account using his Government-issued ID and his name, because the name can't be changed in Battle.net. So what do you guys think is it safe to buy account and should I be worried about mine all though I have it since July and nothing happen ?

You shouldn't have any problems as long as you buy from reputable sellers. I sold a bnet account yesterday in fact.
