Is it normal for me to always fail the captcha when trying to login in PC?

I had to force my way in by QR scanning (which isnt always available - sometimes i forgot my own password, cough).

I think it happened for awhile already and I had asked about this before, but is it just my own issue or website?
Because I did click on the captcha before trying to login.

The captcha is usually some sort of game. Are you saying you have the correct answers, but still failing? I've never had any issue with it.

Mine just directly give a checkmark. I also disabled adblock while trying to login.
