IP/ Phone country mismatch?

Just wondering why I'm seeing this! Yesterday everything okay. But today I'm seeing this. Could you explain?

Banned - multiple Paypal chargebacks

If you are using a VPN or something to mask your location then it won't allow for it. Sometimes apple adds in a security feature that does it. I am an android user so sadly you would need to either disable any vpn you might be using or wait for admin
