invalid neutral feedback

i recently recieved notification i recieved a neutral feedback.

I recently had a thread open advertising for some people in the hack section ( same person thats partly behind the company in 1 of my other thread ).

in the feedback they claim to have sent $300 usd but never recieved the item however no conversation was done between the user who left the feedback and the person i advertised for + he doesnt sell anything for $300 usd so its 100% impossible.

Please remove the neutral feedback as it may damage me in future sales
