Introducing CardRiot.com

Today we are happy to announce our expansion into the trading card and collectible card game market and proud to introduce CardRiot.com.

CardRiot has been setup in a very similar manner as Epicnpc, so members should find it familiar and very easy to use.

We had initially contemplated adding a new trading card category directly on Epicnpc, but this became problematic with some systems since everything on Epicnpc is either a service, virtual item or game account, while CardRiot deals with physical items that needs to be shipped.

So we decided to create a new site that we could customize to the needs of card buyers, sellers and traders.

CardRiot is 100% free to use as Epicnpc and features many of the same tools including a different version of Trade Guardian called Card Guardian, which is also 100% free to use. However because the site is new, we decided to streamline it and many features that you see here are not available there. Over time we will customize CardRiot to meet the needs of the community as we've done here.

Those members that wish to join CardRiot can also easily import their Epicnpc feedback we support about a dozen other sites as well.

I'm a heavy trader on multiple sites for Topps Star Wars, will this forum also cater to Hobby trading/collecting or only for TCG/CCGs?

Yes, we do plan to eventually expand to sport cards and other non-gaming cards, however we are concentrating on TCG/CCGs for the launch. Once those categories start to show significant traffic, we will add those other card types.

I actually get CardRiot's image on this thread from Avast Antivirus that it's a virus. Also when I click on the website it's a virus. Had to turn off my antivirus.

I can confirm Avast gives a warning message. I checked with a dozen other programs and scanners and they all show nothing. If they're blocking the image above, then they must have the domain blacklisted. Maybe it was used before we got it and had some problem.

I've reported the error to Avast as a false positive and hopefully they will fix it soon.
