for pve it is nearly entirely bis, aside from grim toll, eoe boots and gloves. account comes with both leather and cloth BoAs, 5k gold, epic flying, 420/450 blacksmithing 414/450 JC, 450 first aid, also comes with honor cap, deadly gladiator 1h/ shield, quite a bit of pre bis prot gear
