If you think I'm going to scam you, this is a very serious process which would result in legal action if fraudulent activity took place. I.e, you don't take someones car and then give them the money next week, you pay them first. The same applies with the account. You can have a middle man if necessary, but the payment is over PayPal and as soon as the money has been received the account details will be sent. The transaction will take place over a safe pay - PayPal server which means if something goes wrong there is proof to use in legal action.
