How we can know this account is not gone recovered?
 
Because you can see in the dispute thread, the account that was recovered was not recovered by me. It was recovered by the original owner, something completely out of my control and something we are working to resolve the best possible way for those affected.

There is an active dispute because a google account I sold was recovered by the original owner (not myself, out of my control). The original owner has been banned and in the process of recovering funds from original owner so I can refund the latest buyer. There is a thread under my profile that has all the progress of the dispute that will be resolved soon (original owner was banned x2).
Is this one still for sale?
