Character is a level 50 dwarven champion.
The character uses:
Class Epic 2H Axe
Class Epic bracers
Epic pocket gem from Fornost instance.
Crafted epic boots, gloves and cloak.
Burnished ancient armour and leggings.
"Purple" rings, earrings, necklace, bracer, shoulders and helm. High tier crafted or quest reward.
Faerdamil's Bane and Ragebrand maces for dual-wield. Random gear in vault that focuses on morale (hp) that I never find reason to use.
Character has all but two class traits (about 120/150 on using Dire Need and 5/1000 for blocking attacks with shield)
Has almost all main zone deeds completed up to the high zones. Valour, discipline, determination, justice, etc. are all around levels 5-6 and very close to completing higher deed requirements.
Character is a Grandmaster Jewelcrafter and Prospector with 18% epic jeweller's tools. Create your own epic rings, assuming you had better luck than I did!
Character has Ferocious Strikes and Controlled Burn legendaries. Joy of Battle is terrible, and he needs 2 more pages for Explosion of Blades.
Champion is a Rank 5 Sergeant of the Guard for PVP. Also has "the Warrior" title for 500 pvp kills and "the Undying" title for reaching level 20 without any deaths.
I am entertaining offers right now. I will NOT sell cheap. I am the original owner with full information. I will accept Western Union and verified PayPal.
Most of the real work is done on the character, but there is still some room for upgrades on gear and bonus stats from deeds. Next patches will be focusing on pvp a bit. High end LOTRO accounts are a very demanded commodity, so I'm looking in the $300 range.

I might accept a trade for a World of Warcraft account, but it must be level 70 with mindblowing gear. Hunters and warlocks take priority, and you must be original owner and/or have full account information.
Please note, LOTRO characters can now be transferred and renamed at a fee if you want to make a fresh start or join friends on another server.
