Inoch West 50 Daggerspell/Abolisher with Private Island, 8 16x16s,Cutter,FarmCart

Character

  • Character is level 50 Nuian with 50 in Sorcery, Witchcraft, Shadowplay, Battlerage, Auramancy and Defense.
  • Has full GHA cloth gear with Arcane cloth bonus, chest and hat are heroic. Also has 6/7 GHA heavy.
  • Bounty Hunter's Cloak. 0 Crime/Infamy Points currently and 17 Trials Served. 5k Honor. 18k Vocation Badges.
  • Has all Hasla T1 weapons except for 2H Axe but has over 109 Loyalty tokens to acquire it soon.
  • Character has an Eznan Cutter (western galleon), Harpoon Clipper and Farm Cart.
  • Level 42 black horse.
  • Character has the rare drop bind on pickup Endless Defiance swimfins with lunafrost that give +52% swim speed bonus. Can't buy these have to grind underwater chests for a long time to get them.
  • Character has inventory maxed out (130) and 110 Warehouse slots.
  • Character has 26k Tailoring, 24k Gathering and 8.6k Alchemy proficiency.

Account

  • Account has all 4 character slots unlocked on Inoch. Alts are level 24, 16 and 13.
  • Account has Patron status paid through Dec. 20th and has 2605 unspent credits.


Properties

  • Character has 8 16x16 properties in Castaway Strait.
  • 3 of the properties are on a small island in Castaway Strait where my cottage is the ONLY house on the island and has 2 16x16 farms next to it with a view of Ezna. Cottage has mailbox and auction house/warehouse/merchant NPC cushion inside and a spacious storage chest, regal alchemy and cooking tables.
  • The other 5 properties are on a larger island only 100m away and are ALL adjacent. I have 4 16x16 farms and a cottage blueprint all next to each other and only 30 seconds away from your private island and also right near a Nui rez shrine.

No you can't fit a 24x24 on the island, I tried to place a Thatched at one point and it said it wouldn't let me.
Account doesn't have much gold, only 35g on the main character but some stuff that could be sold, about 90g of potions (1100 t3) and alchemy mats.

Yea the taxes take a lot a of labor. I got the last 3 farms right around when I stopped having enough time to play so I'm not sure if I'd even want to keep all of them. Currently offline labor regen is enough labor to pay all taxes but just barely. If I were still playing I might sell the properties on the other island for a few thousand and just keep the private island but I haven't had time to do any of that.
 
is it still available? I would like to ask also if you can put 24x24 in your island? I would like to put in a town house. =)

also I want to ask regarding how much gold left?
