info on scammers

what do scammers generally look for? is it just to take your account to play it, or to sell it, d/e the gear and sell that, or just screw u over for the laughes?

To me, what scammers do to your account is completely arbitrary. It all depends on the amount of information they have, and circumstance. I've been scammed about three times, and each time was different. In one instanced i've had accounts wiped clean, one, gear/gold was DE'd and sent off, and one of my (traded) accounts was successfully recovered.

And like someone told me before, if a deal sounds too good to be true (2 accts for 1 cd-key -.-), then it probably is.
