This is a neglected alt account used in non-VIP wars, so it doesn't have much crafted artifacts, and the Council is not yet built.
You do however have over 500k Fragments at your disposal to get your preferred artifacts that will suit your playstyle.
PS: I understand that this account will require a lot of work. However, do keep in mind that buying an account does not mean that you can stop building or playing altogether. The point is to get you somewhat close to Drone or be on a good playing field in wars.
