This is by far one of the most well taken care of accounts I've came across. Heck, I couldn't even fit it all in the title! This character is decked out in the absolute best PvE gear that is currently available, as well as holding some major vanity items that are flat out just not obtainable anymore.
It's female undead, located on a PVP server with the transfer up. I received the account from a close friend of mine, and have all information available.
Let's take a look at the PvE gear first.
A dominant healer. With the exception of the KT 25 mace it's essentially perfect. 2245 Healing, 22% crit, 855 MP5. 4/5 Tier 7.5

Ready to hop into ANY guild and start tearing up Ulduar when it goes live.
It also has a pretty solid PvP set up as well. With over 800 resilience and close to 1900 healing, you can quickly progress through the PvP ladders with ease. 4/5 Hateful, 1/5 Deadly (Chest) along with Hateful/Deadly off pieces, and the WG trinket. Deadly OH and Wand as well.
Now if that wasn't enough, we really haven't even gotten to, in my opinion, the most impressive parts of this account.
This character has 17 titles. That's right, SEVENTEEN. Some unattainable, some insanely hard to get. Here's a short list of the big ones

2 Pages worth of pets, 2 pages worth of mounts. Nearly 5000 achievement points.
AND THERE"S MORE!
The character has 9/9 T3 banked, 8/8 T2 with some goodies like Benediction banked, 8/8 T6 banked with full SWP off pieces banked...and the big one

That's right, it's got the ungodly rare Legendary from 40 Man Naxx from original WoW. 100% unnatainable at this point, and very few were lucky enough to finish Naxxaramas back then ( <1% of the WoW population)
Also has a Vanquished Tentacle of C'thun, pretty close to the Atiesh, I think this is maybe the 3rd of 4th one I've seen in my entire career of playing WoW.
This priest has it all, and more...and then even MORE. By far one of the best priest to be posted up on MD.
