Inactive Name Change

I recently purchased a name change from the shop, and am wondering if it would be possible to swap my name to "Aura". The current user with this name has been inactive for over 5 years. Thank you!

Yes, that guy has been inactive for 5 years but his account is still valid, not disabled. This is the problem for you. Sorry

I actually got the idea from a thread I saw from a previous trade partner, which I don't think included any mention of a disabled account. Thank you for the information regardless!

Yeah, i know that, but he was not even phone verified on EpicNPC, but if im not mistaken, Aura seems like he had even purchased an account upgrade when he was active. So he's been a real member of EpicNPC.
However, as i said before; final decision is belong to our Admin

I'm sorry, I can't free 'Aura' up for reuse.

The user has been active on/off since 2007. It's been inactive since 2016. We only free up usernames if the account has never been used and is old. Sorry.

No worries. If it's alright, I'd like to post a list of alternatives to swap with (in order of preference). I'm unable to find these with the search feature, so I'm not sure about their activity. Please let me know if the inconvenience will be extra; I absolutely do not mind paying.

Actually, if you already purchased "username change" , you can use it to change your name as you wish
I mean; you don't need to wait for Admin to do
Have you checked your inventory?

By the way, "Rain" that is your first preference seems like available if i'm not mistaken. Luna seems available as well.

Yes! I actually did try to change username manually from the inventory before making this request. I receive this message when doing so, although I am unable to find the original users, weirdly.
